YT-When a man stood up at the Supreme Court during oral arguments Wednesday to protest the 2010 decision knows as Citizens United, he apparently had someone beside him filming the whole thing. Cameras or any kind are banned from the high court.

As the text that accompanies the video describes, the case being argued at the time was McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission, which the video's creator labels "Citizens United, Part 2″ for the way it could further loosen restrictions on campaign spending.

Midway through the video, a man who has since been identified as Noah Newkirk of Los Angeles stands up and begins to speak. Below is everything is managed to say before being physically removed by security.

"I rise on behalf of the vast majority of American people, who believe that money is not speech, corporations are not people, and our democracy should not be for sale to the highest bidder. Overturn Citizens United. Keep the cap in McCutcheon. The people demand democracy."
The video ends with the same statement from a different angle, indicating that at least two other people had cell phone cameras running during the incident.

Newkirk was subsequently charged with violating federal law that says it is illegal to "harangue" or utter "loud threatening or abusive language in the Supreme Court Building."
